If you’re unfamiliar with military fitness training, no problem; we accommodate mixed groups with mixed levels of fitness. Personal training programmes are designed to challenge you within your existing abilities.

What To Expect From Boot Camp

Along with your fellow boot camp colleagues you will learn outdoor fitness routines you can take back to ‘civvy street’, nutritional advice to inform your day-to-day diet, and motivational ideas to keep your fitness on track.

More importantly, you’ll get to stretch yourself in a supportive and motivational environment. As well as the guidance and support of our friendly, qualified coaches, our residential boot camps will also give you the chance to meet and have fun with like-minded people; we’ve seen military fitness participants make friends for life!

Ex-Military, Fully-Qualified Fitness Coaches

At Military Fitness Boot Camp your instructors are ex-Parachute Regiment.

Soldiers of the Parachute Regiment are required to be physically fit and mentally robust. The selection process is tough; resilience and a fierce determination to succeed are essential to pass the uniquely challenging training required to pass P Company, the Para selection test.

MFB instructors know just how to get the best out of boot camp attendees, having a wealth of experience of military fitness training backed up with recognised fitness training qualifications.
