What Is Military Fitness Training?

The training weekend is a series of physical ‘workouts’ and sessions with excellent rest and recuperation periods and calorie controlled meals in between.

You will also have first class instruction and advice/lectures on nutrition, fitness enhancing techniques and a variety of exercise programs that you can take away with you.

Military Fitness Training is…

…an alternative to the gym…
…which focuses upon fitness, nutrition and mind coaching…
…in an encouraging, group-based atmosphere.

Military Fitness Training is…

…conducted outdoors (fill those hard-working lungs with fresh air!)…
…employing exercises undertaken as part of British Army training…
…reflecting the British Army’s ethos of continuous physical development mental strength and mutual support.

Military Fitness Training is…

…adaptable to the individuals existing fitness levels…
…ensuring that training is challenging enough to push your personal limits…
…whilst remaining sociable and – of course – fun!

Military Fitness Training is…

…a range of physical activities…
…from running to kickboxing drills, as well as resistance training (press-ups, sit-ups, lunges etc)…
…undertaken individually or partnered up, or in team-based events (in which the group must work together to get everyone through).
